This Sun City Center project covered three sides of a residential exterior. Before painting, our team pressure washed the surfaces and addressed settlement cracks with a concrete and masonry patch. Exterior sealer was applied as part of the preparation, giving the painting work a carefully prepared starting point.
The windows received attention, too. We protected them with plastic and taped the panes for clean lines where the painted surfaces meet the glass. Sherwin-Williams paint was used for the exterior application. Together, the surface repairs, window protection, and three-side painting show how much of an exterior update happens before the fresh finish is visible.
