Drywall Repair Project in Sarasota, FL
Avitar Painting completed ceiling crack repairs and texture work at a Sarasota home. The documented scope covered four separate areas: the garage, hallway, outdoor entrance, and kids’ playroom.
Project Overview
This residential drywall repair project in Sarasota focused on four separate ceiling cracks and the associated texture work. The garage had the longest documented crack at approximately 96 inches, followed by a hallway crack measuring approximately 55 inches. The outdoor entrance and kids’ playroom each had a crack measuring approximately 44 inches. Avitar Painting repaired and retextured these ceiling sections as a targeted repair service. The completed work addressed the appearance of the affected areas rather than a broader renovation, with the scope limited to the four listed ceiling repairs.
